The March issue of VOGUE will feature Hadid in her first post-pregnancy cover. For the upcoming release Vogue teamed up with the director Alana O’Herlihy and stylist Gabriella Karefa-Johnson to make Gigi’s world into a fashion game. The magazine released a video of Hadid playing her game this Wednesday as a teaser for the magazine issue.

The game features multiple levels that incorporate intricate details of Gigi’s personal life and is stylised to look like a Y2K PC game. The first two levels are dedicated to her signature spicy vodka 🍝 recipe, which went viral in 2020. Gigi’s avatar sashays through the isles collecting the ingredients for the dish, while wearing a digitalised CELINE look. Final level has Gigi collecting coins in order to reach the ultimate prize at the end - her March Vogue issue.
The game also features outfits from @proenzaschouler , @christopherjohnrogers , @chanelofficial , @noirkeininomiya and @jw_anderson , as well as accessories from @manoloblahnik , @gucci , @coach and @ericjavits .
Vogue using this novel way of showcasing cover outfits, signifies the more prominent shift towards digital fashion and will likely accelerate its adoption by big players in the industry.
